Yes, I've already contacted and returned to the seller. The printer was unopened in its original box but probably well over ten years old. The USB port was no longer connected to the printer...it seemed to have deteriorated, so the port wiggled around in the printer, hanging on by a thread. The seller had no way of knowing this, but it's a lesson learned...do not invest in old equipment. It's too bad, since I was very happy with the printer.
