I'd give zero stars, but it won't let me. I ordered a NEW set of Pimsleur CDs, level 1-5. I got a used set of 5 boxes that said they had the appropriate levels (1-5) but each box were all level one cds. No one looked at this before they sent it or maybe they did which would be even worse. I filed a return, repacked the item all ready to go back....contacted PayPal and seller closed the return so they aren't going refund me now until PayPal handles it. Be careful with this one.
