The item is new and the seller shipped it quickly and the item was received quickly. The screen protector's cut-out was a little off and no matter how hard I tried, if it was aligned one way then it was crooked the other way. Eventually, I just ended up cutting it smaller. It matters not, the device is old - I just need some sort of protector for the screen so my cats can abuse it.
