Upon receipt of this book I realized that the description in the listing did not use a one or two word phrase such as "good" or "very good." I would have to say that "acceptable" would be an accurate term. The listing does mention "yellowing of inner pages" and "some wear on the cover." The yellowing or tanning is quite pronounced and there appears to be some faint mildewing in evidence. Also, the cover has a dingy and slightly soiled appearance that doesn't show up in the photo.
