We had some issues with the my purchase but the seller and I was able to an amicable solution. Takaada does tell you up front that shipping takes 5-10 days to prepare and although a long wait, the seller was constantly keeping me updated. Once, the item was shipped, it did arrive a few days before the estimated delivery date. Make sure to let them know if box condition is important to you so they can arrange better packaging.
