I got the item pretty quickly, but the boots were too small (order size bigger if you're buying them). So I requested to return them and buy a bigger size. The seller never replied to my request, so after a few days I had to contact E-Bay. They were very quick to respond and asked to give it another 5 days to see would the seller reply but again not a word from them. So now I got my money back from Ebay and get to keep the boots. 5 stars for ebay, 1 star for the seller.
