If you’re going to list as new, you need to clean it up before you ship it. Top placement had grime on it. Dried food. (The other 3 placemats did not look used at all though. ). It was also damaged on one edge. Packaging was lacking. Had some of the packing material been wrapped around the item and taped in place instead of loose in the box, it might’ve actually helped.  I took pictures after I started cleaning it up. So it was worse than this.
