The gloves were broken. Also the charger for the gloves in a package was 12v instead of required 5v (so the device could be just fried). I do not recommend to buy anything from this person. I tried to contact the seller but they answered only one time. When I asked them to send me a replacement or return the money the seller just ignored the request.
