I tried to contact this seller, but was met with complete silence. The item was not as described, had only half the memory advertised. Even the attached stylus that is the hallmark of this phone was just a cheap generic one. All this after waiting 6 weeks for delivery. This is such a shame, buyers like this are driving purchasers to other platforms. Very disappointing on all fronts.It is now over 2 weeks since my last message and still no reply. I bought and paid for this mid February.It took WEEKS TO deliver. It was not as described. Just a generic rebooted phone. The "s-pen" was a spurious stylus and a cheap one at that. It was supposed to be 128GB BUT it's only half that. Even the settings app there are spelling mistakes and omissions. I contacted the seller the day they arrived, March 25th and again March 26th. Now the 10th of April, over two weeks later and have had no reply to my questions or acknowledgement of my messages. AVOID.
