Sent Squishmallow with ruined tag (adhesive removed which left fingernail marks and many indentations). She claimed I lied about the plush/tag I received (even though I sent pictures proving it was the same plush she listed). She did offer to refund, but I'll just donate to Toys for Tots. I only cared that she acknowledged that the plush I received was truly hers. I sent photos that exactly replicated the tag as she photographed it (where you couldn't see detail). She refused to even answer me.

As the picture of the tag was clearly unmarked and I answered her emails several times with pictures as well from the original listing with no marks at all.
I did offer a refund and she refused so there was no pleasing her either way. If it was ruined why wouldn't you want a refund? My pictures were close up with all details and it did not have 1 scratch or adhesive mark on it. Not sure what happened to it once she got it. Sellers beware as there is no resolving issues with this buyer.
