Very positive communication with seller. The seller packed the item in foam and a heavy cardboard box for shipping. Unfortunately, during the shipping, the item got jostled resulting in two mini spires being bent over and the tip of the main spire being bent over and cracked near the tip. The seller attempted to find out what the paint color for these spires was from the manufacturer but they couldn't indicate what the color needed was. I will attempt repair and color match for the item.
