After I paid for the item he texted me saying that he will wrap the item in plastic bag and thus the box of the item might be damaged upon arrival. The item was a collectible so I needed the box intact. After asking him for some better wrapping he said it will cost me more. None of that was mentioned on the ad. Besides that the item was advertised as brand new, however he mentioned that he will open it for "inspection" cause Japanese products are missing parts from the factory. Not to be trusted

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Additional packaging was requested, which incurred an extra cost not included in the standard packaging. This was recommended to maintain the condition of the item. Additionally, while Japanese products are typically new, there can be instances of missing parts, which is why we inspect all items before dispatch. We explained the necessity of this inspection. Going forward, we aim to provide clearer information and improve our services.

Package came quick! Canโt wait to get started. It is regrettable that the package got a little smashed on the corner. Maybe the seller could ship it with a little more protection but you canโt blame the seller too much when anything can happen during shipment.
