I ordered two 3ds's from them, and both came in great physical shape. Due to the way in which the region lock was removed, they are unable to download game updates from the eShop, which is perfectly fine with me but I'm sure valuable information for somebody. One of the touch screens is also deteriorating and will most likely need to be replaced at some point, it started showing signs of static after about 8hrs of use. All in all, I am happy with my purchase.
