This seller refused to cancel this order after I realized it wasn't silver. When it did arrive I refused it at the USPS in order to save a return shipping label cost. Knowing it would be returned using the SAME tracking #'s per USPS procedures and notifying the seller it has returned to her this seller still refuses to refund me. I can't contact Ebay because they no longer have a ph# and I'm blocked from asking them to step because I did not purchase a return shipping label.

We understand this buyers frustration. WE TOLD THE BUYER NUMEROUS TIMES TO OPEN UP AN ITEM NOT RECEIVED CASE! For what ever reason the buyer is unable to do so. We told the buyer that we would deal directly with ebay for the missing item. The item is lost according to USPS tracking on its return. We told the buyer that if we refund you directly we would not be covered by ebay's money back guarantee to protect sellers in this situation. You are still welcome to come back to our store anytime.
