tracking given for evri when sent by DHL who suck in this area. arrived at the local delivery depot the day after dispatch but I didn't get it until over a week later. even when a case was opened and tracking updated by the seller they still got it wrong, linking to DHL Germany instead of the UK site so I had to copy the number and use a universal tracking site to find out when item was due to be delivered. finally delivered sans tracking, updated 15 mins b4 arrival to say it was still at depot
