I don’t think it’s much brighter than the original but the center focus aid helps. It’s a tight fit in my Yashica D but it’s in there. I might try one for my LM and Yashica A camera’s. The price is ok for what it does. At night it’s still dark, I’ll have to see if it’s better in daylight, I put it in as soon as I received the focus screen so I had no other option than dark. All in all, yes, I’d buy another one. I just wish someone would come up with a screen as bright as the Hasselblad Acute M
