Very slow shipping. It’s been 7 days since I ordered my item and it still hasn’t shipped. The seller told me it was lost in the warehouse by someone who was to pick it up from them and take it to fed ex. Meanwhile I’ve ordered items from other vendors in Japan and received the items the very next day. It’s extremely poor customer service to tell a customer an item has shipped only for it to sit for an entire week and still not actually be shipped. I would not recommend this ebayer.
