    Yes, item has been sent out new in pristine packaging, customer did not ask for a return of refund whatsoever, do have the reputation of correcting mistake if indeed happened, also as wrote always is a probability of being damaged in transit , on which case there is absolutely nothing that I can do only take it further with the courier personally. Apologise for any inconvenience caused by this
