Good morning , I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed by the standard of packaging. I have looked at the photo & have a few queries,if you don't mind . 1) The plastic which holds the 5 bottles in place against the cardboard , was that okay or were the bottles exposed ? 2) Were any of the bottles opened or leaking? 3) When you say 'The parcel arrived with me opened' do you mean the outer wrapping had come loose ?
