Although these batteries have a USB-C port, they only support USB 2.0. Using a USB-C to USB-C cable with a USB-C to USB A 3.0 adaptor does not. I was able to get this to work is by purchasing a USB-C to USB A 2.0 adapter. I also tried power banks, 3 of 4 would not charge the battery with a USB-C to USB-C cable the 4th and oldest power bank I have did.
A crippled USB-C port does not offer the convenience I was hoping for when purchasing a USB-C battery. Should be mentioned in description
