Seller notes: “As you might expect from a catalog that is 100 years old, it does have some condition issues. As ... “As you might expect from a catalog that is 100 years old, it does have some condition issues. As you can see from the pictures, there are two sets of tears on the front cover (none of which are on the flapper hat). The first is two holes on the fur frock of the flapper. The two together measure about 1 in. by 3/8 in. That tear goes in to p. 7. The other holes appear between the title of the company and address. They do not intrude on the name of the owner of the collection featured – Chas. A. Stonehill (the famous hat manufacturer). Aside from those holes, this catalog is in good condition, No writing inside. Binding is strong, although there is is some wear on the edge -- no pages are missing. A very small scrape on the back cover. A wonderful gift for any collector of “Roaring 20s.””
