    Of course I immediately accepted the return.There is a video of the vaccum working on the listing. I don't see anything broken in the picture what I do see is an intention to return even before unboxed otherwise why bother taking a photo of item unwrapped and using it as proof it doesn't work? What is broken these days is good fauth!
