Customer received full refund without returning the jacket. We dispatched the jacket in perfect condition also provide the pictures to buyer, may be its courier mistake or may buyer misused jacket because buyer complain after receiving 4 to 5 days also buyer promise to changed feedback after receiving the amount but unfortunately after receiving the amount buyer didn't respond my messages and also didn't change the feedback.
