The seller was EXCELLENT in speed in shipping this item. I physically tested this Netgear cable modem and I saw the lights did turn on. Unfortunately, due 100% Comcast/Xfinity's fault, repeatedly lying to customers, I did not need to buy this modem. Moreover, due 100% to Comcast/Xfinity, I was able to get this Netgear to connect to the internet but all webpages were blocked. Ironically, it was thanks to this seller & modem that Comcast technician detected a fault in the cable line. Thank you!
