The seller messed up my shipping and refunded my money. The shoes showed up much later, I held onto them until the seller emailed me on what they want to do about the shoes that I was told was not coming and refunded. The seller then aggressively started texting me on my private number wanting money claiming I am keeping an unpaid item. I have been on here over 20 years I have never had such aggressive behavior toward me for something they are in fault. I felt like I was dealing with the mob.

UPS lost the item so the buyer was refunded. UPS then delivered the item and the buyer kept them and wore them despite being refunded. We sent ONE text to see if they wanted to return them or keep them and the buyer became very offended and threatened to leave negative feedback. We have thousands of positive feedbacks and have never encountered a customer that reacted to one text like this. It appears that she didn't like getting caught keeping free shoes.
