When item arrived the entire base of the scale was missing! I sent pictures in with my message to the seller and still it has not been taken care of?! They say that ups will pick it up, but two weeks have gone by and no pick up! I have asked them to send me another scale and pick this one up at same time?! There response is we have to investigate this!? I needed this for my business and it has been weeks now that this company is playing this game with me!!
