The seller (navi-pro) was extremely responsive, delivered the product exactly as described, included detailed instructions and the update worked perfectly with NO issues. Update took about 40 minutes. Went from 2016 maps to 2023 maps! Last update from the dealer was $300! Highly recommend this seller!
