The doll is like new: clean, no spots, silky hair and untangled, she looks perfect for a no-box doll...however, the seller didn't include pictures showing that the doll was missing her shoes and stockings. Even though the seller mentions that in the description (I should have read that before buying it) all pics were cropped so I assumed she included all her accessories and my offer reflected my assumption, otherwise I would have offered less, now I am spending a lot more on the missing items :(
