The advert said rake of three. I bought 3 units expecting to get nine wagons. I got three. The seller offered a refund and return but I believe you should get what's advertised. I can but new units for the same price these "rakes of three" were advised. The seller tried to claim no previous buyers had complained. Bigger fool them.

Buyer did not want to pay 3 separate postage, so I changed the listing from 3 individual wagons, to 1 purchase of 3 wagons as per their request. Once items sent he claimed he had bought 3 sets of 3 wagons and demanded another 6 wagons be sent or a 2/3 refund. They simply did not read the original listing, which was for individual wagons. In response: My other buyers didn't complain because they knew what they were buying - a number of individual wagons.Buyer was unwilling to accept full refund
