    Product is great but seller has horrible customer service. Emailed seller explaining I had made a mistake regarding the purchase and he didn’t even bother to ever respond. Thankfully it all worked as far as the printer is concerned but the seller just sucks. No communication is just as bad as selling a bad product.

    Customer orders the wrong product but would like to request a refund at the time we have shipped the product If the company Canceling the item will cause the customer to receive free products and receive a refund from the company, which is unfair.
