The envelope arrived empty and the seller didn't even bother to apologize. The envelope arrived opened at the bottom. I live in a NYC apartment building and the doorman would have had no way to realize it as it just looked like I received a flat envelope. The response was to contact my post person. Well in NYC in a big building that is rather impossible. It wasn't expensive, but to not even apologize seems like a very bad response.
