Contacted seller a 2nd time and still no response.... if item was out of stock ( That was the explanation on my refund statement said )shouldn't seller communicate that and why only partial refund?

Please don’t ship action figures in an envelope the entire figure is crushed. The plastic is so cracked. I cannot give this as a gift now. I’m way too embarrassed
