I strive to be as honest and accurate as possible and didn't see what the buyer has described. It remains unclear to me exactly how this has been "altered". I provided several clear photos and approx. measurements and don't see anything. The buyer never contacted me prior to writing this so I never had a chance to discuss or propose a possible resolution.
