    The buyer initially requested a return because they received a new iPad as a gift and no longer needed the item. They opened a return case and then closed it for some reason. Now, the buyer is requesting to return the item again, claiming issues such as scratches etc. We cannot accept returns without following eBay's return policy and resolution process.
