We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our eBay store, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
4. Product Information and Voltage Warning
For products that plug into an outlet for use or charging, please note that the standard voltage in Japan is 100V. Voltage differences outside of Japan may cause malfunctions. We strongly recommend using a voltage transformer, which can be purchased through Amazon or local e-commerce sites. Please refer to the voltage and frequency differences table provided in our product listings for more information.
5. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept Managed Payments, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please make payment within 3 days after receiving our invoice or placing your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide (some exceptions may apply) using couriers like FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post (EMS). Shipping methods depend on the shipping address, item price, and item condition. We provide tracking numbers (exceptions may apply). Due to the pandemic, there may be unexpected delays depending on your location and supply chain status. If you purchase multiple items at once, you may receive a discount on shipping costs (please inquire in advance). For returns, we may ask you to use your local post office or the most reasonable shipping method. We will reimburse the shipping cost through PayPal after confirming the shipping receipt.
7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy. Products must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return, and we thoroughly review each item returned to assess whether a product is unused. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon receiving the returned item.
8. International Buyers
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer s responsibility. Import duty is imposed on items whose price exceeds a certain threshold, depending on your shipping location. Please check with your country s customs office to determine these additional costs before bidding or buying. We do not cover any import duties, taxes, or charges. By purchasing an item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the general importing/exporting practices.
