This is only the second or third negative that I have ever left with E-Bay in over 5000 purchases. I was apprehensive about purchasing due to the sellers poor feedback rating, however this was a Germany produced item and this seller was the only USA seller to have this listed. They listed 10+ available, and I didn't think it would be a huge issue to ship from northern Illinois to my location in central Illinois. It took eight days to ship, per tracking. Also NO packing whatsoever.
