Item was chipped. Don’t think seller believed me. Seller did offer me to send it back but I chose not to mess with all that. Item description said no chips. I’m sad about it but partly my fault since I chose to keep.

Hand made Dazell glass Christmas tree was checked multiple times for any issues before sending out to buyer. In this regard I am extremely conscientious. What buyer is perceiving as a "chip" may be how the tree is cut and molded. I offered a complete refund for the item to be returned including shipping both ways but offer was declined.
