Item arrived damaged - no biggie. I sent a pic and opened a return. The day it's returned the seller blames ME for the broken shoes and REFUSES to refund my money. First time in my 20 year history with eBay being told by a seller that they intend to keep both. Oh well, live and learn. I know eBay will protect me from this nonsense.
