the shipping was very fast, arrival was great and the item was mostly as advertised.... but the figure came broken. my shirahoshi had her hair piece broken off... and i knew that it wasn't through shipping as there was glue residue on the piece as if someone had repaired it themselves. the item is in good condition besides that, but there is some paint scuffs as well as the hair is quite sticky. I personally am okay with itbecause I can just repair the figure, but I'm sad she had a piece broken.
