The item was ready to be dispatched a week earlier than due date but customer asked for a refund. Everything was on time and scheduled to arrive before the due date. Customer decided to ignore the clearly stated delivery date when ordering, then emailed us several times a day constantly hassling us because they didn't read the delivery date when ordering.
