Dress ordered on 26th April and not received. I had a message from the Seller stating that she had put the wrong postage on the parcel and I would receive a message asking me to pay for it and she would reimburse me. No card message received. Several messages sent to the Seller, and on Saturday 1st June I received a message stating that the dress had been delivered., but on checking it was not to my address but had been returned to sender. No response to my messages about this. Case opened

Hi sorry i have not responded i have been away on holiday. Just to clarify i did not put the wrong postage on the parcel. My postage bags would not go through the royal mail machines so therefor they put it down as wrong postage even though it was correct as i explained in my message to you. Now i have to pay extra postage for them to go through. The refund has been sent, sorry for the inconvenience that i was away enjoying myself on holiday. Many thanks Steph

With all due respect, this has been going on since the beginning of May.. You could have messaged me before you went on holiday instead of asking me to look out fpr a card from Royal Mail asking me to pay the postage costs.
