I have tried working with this customer in multiple different ways to get her issue resolved but she was just not satisfied. According to the tracking information that was provided to the customer it appears the item was delivered to the buyer's mailbox. She then proceeded to file a claim with the USPS for credit of the $1.99 purchased item as this item was insured. She also wanted me to refund her the purchase price as well. This I feel was just not right. Sometimes people are never Satisfied.
