I needed the mattress topper for guests and when it didn't arrive on time, I discovered it hadn't even been shipped. I contacted the Seller to cancel it. I emailed him/her 10 times but didn't get a response. I never received the Mattress Topper, however, the Seller said it was delivered. I had to get EBAY involved and they refunded my money. Buyer Beware.
