Purchased a display from seller, it arrived defective (completely unworking) and after saying that we damaged the device we got them to send a replacement. The replacement had a defective backlight that they again tried to blame on us as they had tested it before sending. Do not blame a lack of insurance/packing on the buyer. We tried communicating on the issue and they got so upset they no longer wanted to provide a return shipping address a second time, so we had to find it on our own.

We did our best to assist resolving the issue from a replacement one to return the item. Mostly, we had issue you a refund. We had totally lost on this sale.
