After this issue was brought to my attention, I chased this order up to gain clarity on the whereabouts of your original order which hadn't been updated, to then find out that it had unfortunately been lost. Following this, I took it upon myself to send out a replacement, which was of course free of charge that was delivered to you very soon after.
I fail to see the justification behind this feedback as I overcame the issue in the most effective way possible to benefit yourself.
