The computer came with the correct hard drive and ram configuration and was clean, however, it arrived with a dead CMOS battery and hence a misconfigured bios. It took me several hours of troubleshooting to get the machine to boot. In addition the hard drive was "installed" by just laying it inside the case in the retail plastic packaging, not mounted to anything. Overall a very sloppy job of prepping the machine for delivery. Wouldn't use this vender again.
