The bowl was lightly packed- one piece of crushed bubble wrap around it and random pieces of cardboard thrown in. It arrived chipped- it rattled when I picked up the box. It was the chip. I have pictures. Disappointed.

Its unfortunate that there was no contact made to communicate this serious issue prior to applying Negative feedback. However, I understand that as a new seller, this feedback is useful, nonetheless. Moving forward, when selling items outside of our normal inventory (Jewlery and smaller items), we'll take more measures to protect the shipped item. Any postal service will undoubtedly meet rough handling while in transit, we will need to account for that.
