I ordered the wrong colour by mistake, but when I asked if I could cancel the order I heard nothing. The item was shipped quickly, but even after I contacted the seller a second time I got no response. Zero communication and all I wanted was a reply. For that reason I wouldn't buy again from this seller. I didn't leave negative feedback because I don't want to spoil their clean record.

Order was received on the Friday before Easter and shipped the same day. We were closed on Saturday and Sunday for the Easter holiday. The buyer's email was responded to early on Monday morning with instructions on how to return the incorrectly ordered item for a full refund.
