Had issue with first item sent; would not Bluetooth-pair to TV; seller sent replacement at no charge and it did pair with my TV. Good customer service.
Technical Note: This particular Remote seems to function OK with my model Sony UHD-TV. Voice-Search and buttons work OK, but the Remote's firmware will not update and gives an error message if I try.
