I purchased this Rudder. Waited for it, no movement in tracking (USPS said label created/waiting on item, meaning seller has not taken it to the post office). I contacted the seller twice (3 days apart). Responded day after my second attempt that they would check into it and get back to me. Three days later, still nothing. Then I noticed the Rudder I purchased has been RELISTED. I purchased for $20.29 and it has been relisted for $28.99. I contacted eBay and received a refund. :(
